Exhibitor Options

Aviatex offers exhibitors a number of inside options to showcase their products and services as well as outdoor sites.

Internal exhibitor space consists of 9m² shell scheme stands housed in a carpeted 110m x 35m hangar, these can be stand alone or multiple joined sites. External exhibitor space comes in 2 sizes, 225m² (15m x 15m) and 150m² (15m x 10m) aircraft display space. All external sites are raw space only.

There will be a main auditorium along with 2 hard sided 70 seat marquees setup as presentation / workshop rooms for information sessions, product launches, workshops, seminars, etc. In addition there will be 2 smaller 35 seat rooms along with a number of small private meeting rooms available to exhibitors. The presentation / workshop rooms will be available to all exhibitors at no additional cost throughout the event.

All bookings will require a payment of 25% of total site fees to be paid by credit card during the application process in order to secure a booking.


INTERNAL SHELL SCHEME 9m² (3m x 3m)

$2,000 + GST

9m² Shell Scheme Display Stands located in the main hangar.

  • Ready built 3m x 3m shell scheme unit with 2.4m high Velcro compatible wall panels.
  • Digitally printed 38cm high fascia containing the exhibitors name and stand number.
  • 2 x 150w Spotlights on arms.
  • 1 x 5 amp power outlet.
  • 50 word text listing in the Aviatex Exhibitor Directory and 50 word listing with logo on the exhibitors’ page of the Aviatex website.

Furnishing of these stands is at the exhibitor’s expense.
Furniture and accessories can be ordered through Moreton Hire and will be delivered to the stand prior to bump-in.

 

EXTERNAL AIRCRAFT DISPLAY SPACE
225m² (15m x 15m)

$2,500 + GST

 

Outside exhibition space for those wishing to display aircraft or larger exhibits is available in 15m x 15m blocks. External display blocks will be located on a hard stand adjacent to the hangar. The blocks are raw space only and include a 50 word text listing in the Aviatex Exhibitor Directory and 50 word listing with logo on the exhibitors’ page of the Aviatex website.
Furnishing of these stands is at the exhibitor’s expense however power, marquees/structures, furniture and accessories are available for additional cost.

 

EXTERNAL AIRCRAFT DISPLAY SPACE
150m² (15m x 10m)

$2,000 + GST

 

Outside exhibition space is also available in smaller blocks of 15m x 10m for aircraft and larger exhibits. External display blocks will be located on a hard stand adjacent to the hangar. The blocks are raw space only and include a 50 word text listing in the Aviatex Exhibitor Directory and 50 word listing with logo on the exhibitors’ page of the Aviatex website.
Furnishing of these stands is at the exhibitor’s expense however power, marquees/structures, furniture and accessories are available for additional cost.

 

EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY ADVERTISING

 

With every display space the exhibitor receives a standard listing in the Aviatex Exhibitor Directory including a 50 word description and a listing on the Exhibitor List page of the this website.
Every Aviatex attendee will receive a copy of the Exhibitor directory on arrival.

In addition to the standard listing, the following Exhibitor Directory advertising opportunities are also available:

PRESENTATION / WORKSHOP ROOMS

 

There will be a main auditorium along with a total of 4 presentation / workshop rooms available to exhibitors at no charge to utilise for presentations, briefings, product launches, workshops, etc.

These will consist of a 160 seat main auditorium, 2 hard sided marquees and 2 rooms within the hangar. The hard sided marquees will feature a lectern, projector, screen, audio system and seating for seating for approximately 70 attendees in each, but exhibitors will need to supply their own laptop. The internal rooms will feature a whiteboard and seating for 35 in each.

Timeslots for the rooms are avaialable in 1 hour and half hour slots and will need to be booked. These will be available on a first come first served basis.

Also available for exhibitors use will be 5 small meeting rooms for private meetings, each featuring a table and 4 chairs.

 

PAY BY INSTALMENTS

 

Exhibitors can choose to pay by INTEREST FREE monthly instalments.

We appreciate that commercial trade shows can be expensive, particularly for smaller businesses, and to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate in the largest annual general aviation exposition in the Australia, we are happy to offer interest free terms to exhibitors.

A Credit Card payment of Twenty-Five (25%) percent deposit will be required at time of booking for all bookings, with the balance being invoiced.

If you would like to pay by instalments simply notify us in the comments section of the application form.

If the application is submitted prior to 15th July 2018, Bright Events Pty Ltd will invoice the exhibitor for 3 payments of Twenty-Five per cent (25%) of the exhibitor charges, to be paid monthly.

If the application is submitted after 15th July 2018 and prior to 15th August 2018, Bright Events Pty Ltd will invoice the exhibitor for 2 payments of Fifty per cent (50%) of the remaining 75% of outstanding exhibitor charges, to be paid monthly.

If the application is submitted after 15th August 2018 and prior to 15th September, Bright Events Pty Ltd will invoice the exhibitor for 1 payments of the remaining 75% of outstanding exhibitor charges, to be paid prior to 15th October.

If the application is submitted after 15th September 2018, Bright Events Pty Ltd will invoice the exhibitor for the remaining 75% of outstanding exhibitor charges, to be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Aviatex 2018 will be held at Bankstown Airport with the entrance on Cirrus Place, just off Vega Crescent.
