Animals

• No animals are permitted at the event site.

Bicycles, Scooters and Skateboards

• Bicycles, scooters or skateboards are not permitted at the event.

Disabled

• Fully accessible.
• Disabled amenities are available.
• Car parking for accredited state disabled permit pass holders will be available.

First Aid

• A first aid facility will be located at the event.

Food & Beverage

• Food & beverages will be available to purchase.

Hours

• Gates open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. (No patrons will be admitted prior to 9:00 am.)

Parking

• On site parking will be available for Aviatex visitors.

Pass Outs

• Tickets are for one-use only. However, Pass Outs will be available if you wish leave the event for a short time. Please note, persons leaving the event who do not obtain a pass out will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
